1. Application Accuracy & Integrity
Applicants seeking to join our Egg Donation or Surrogacy programs are strictly required to provide 100% honest, accurate, and current information. Submitting false medical records, falsified genotypes, or fraudulent identity documents will result in immediate and permanent disqualification from our directory tracking.
2. Screening Framework Limitation
Filling out and submitting an online application wizard does not guarantee automatic acceptance into our clinical matching programs. All digital entries are treated as preliminary screenings. Final qualification is dependent upon physical evaluations, medical diagnostics, and laboratory confirmation at our partner IVF centers.
3. Commitment and Scheduling
Selected applicants must demonstrate commitment to scheduled clinical appointments, counseling blocks, and medical cycles. Reliable communication via WhatsApp or phone is required to maintain an active profile status in our system.
4. Termination of Use
Maryebere Fertility LTD reserves the absolute right to terminate access to our portals or remove an application from our directory at any time, without prior notice, if an applicant violates clinical safety guidelines or acts in bad faith during consultations.
